Breathing and Meditation

How we breathe has a significant impact upon how we behave, act and also within the mind/body, how the internal systems regulate.

For most we do not breathe as we were innately designed to, our lifestyle and nutritional choices has led to reactive changes which in turn has had significant regressive function of our immunity, physicality and mental health.

You to can learn how to change this and take progressive steps to improving how we breathe and live.

We offer breathing and meditation sessions, workshops and also Yin Yoga which links mind and body together using asanas(holds) and the breath.

Our schedule is

Monday to Saturday 05.15 breathing and meditation

Monday Yoga 7pm

Wednesday Breathwork session 2pm

Friday Yoga 10am

We also do personal 1:1 sessions based upon breathwork and meditation. Please just ask for more details

It is in the form of functional fitness, the ability to perform everyday tasks, such as carrying bags, walking up and downstairs.

Not only do we have muscle tissue that needs to engage in regular physical activity. Our minds also require stimulation to help with the treatment of or the prevention of mental health conditions and both the body and the mind work on the principle of use it or lose it.

The mind is the most powerful resource we have yet it is regularly not utilized effectively. Change your focus from in the moment to what you want in the future. Where focus goes, energy flows and this is so powerful in achieving your outcome.

At FIT we will work with you to change your neuro association to get you to believe that anything is possible because actually it really is.
